Whipped browned butter with seaweed
No one hates quick and easy recipes, do they? This treat is one such recipe and is perfect to offer as a snack at a dinner party or eat in front of the TV when you can't be bothered to cook a proper dinner.
Three ingredients. Three simple moments. How easy? Very easy.
You need:
150g Butter
1 tsp Dried sugar kelp flakes
1 package of sea snails
Do this:
- Brown the butter in a pan. Whisk/blend so that the butter does not burn. The butter is ready when it smells nutty and has turned a light brown. When browned and ready, pour the butter into a bowl and add the dried seaweed.
- Visp-day. Place an ice pack or ice cube tray in a bowl with some water. Take out the bowl with the browned butter and whisk on top of the ice bath. Whisk together until the butter becomes like fluffy cream.
- Serve with sea snails. Makes thunder.
