Rawfood seaweed cola balls

Det är en vardagskväll och du har kanske som jag lovat dig själv att hålla dig borta från karamlellerna på veckan. Helgen verkar ligga år och dar bort... men så kanske det finns en liten parantes i löftet. Rawfood? Naturlig sötma? Aja, man får ha vilka regler man vill. Här kommer jag i varje fall med en sötnos till eftermiddagsfikat. Sockertång + sötsaker = <3

Recipe for cola balls with seaweed

Do this:

Place all ingredients except the seaweed salt in a food processor/blender. Then blend for a long time and then some more because the charcoal should really get tough and shiny, then you're done. Keep in mind that sugar kelp is naturally salty so taste the batter as you go and feel how salty you want it. Then put it in the freezer to set a bit. Then roll into as big balls as you like and place on a plate and a tip is to have slightly damp hands so the batter doesn't stick to your hands as easily. Then top with seaweed salt.

Serve!

PS. Try flavouring them with liquorice root powder or dipping them in melted dark chocolate!
